Check the full address before signing in. A familiar logo or an HTTPS padlock alone does not tell you who runs a website.
Before you enter your details
- Compare the address with a bookmark you already trust.
- Leave the page if your browser shows a certificate or deceptive-site warning.
- Keep your password, payment PIN and one-time codes private. Support staff do not need these to investigate a problem.
- Avoid APK files, browser extensions or device profiles sent through an unsolicited message.
If you entered details on the wrong site
Close the page and change your password through a trusted account page. If you reused that password elsewhere, change it there too. For a payment concern, contact your bank or wallet provider using its own app or website.
Keep the suspicious address and a screenshot for support, with personal details covered. You can also check our access links or read about this site.
