- Choose a payout method currently offered in your account.
- Check the destination name and account details carefully.
- Read the minimum, maximum, fees and any other conditions shown before confirming.
- Save the request reference so you can find it in your transaction history.
What if the withdrawal is pending?
Check the request status before submitting another withdrawal. There is no single processing time that applies to every account or payment provider.
If the request is rejected, read the reason shown. A detail mismatch or an unfinished verification may need attention before you resubmit. If the reason is unclear, ask support through your player account.
What to send support
Give the request reference, amount, time and a screenshot of the status with personal details covered. Keep your password, withdrawal PIN and one-time codes private.
