Before you confirm a deposit
- Check the amount and any fee or limit shown on the payment screen.
- Review the receiving details opened from your account. Do not reuse details copied from an old receipt or message.
- Complete any approval inside your bank or wallet app. Never send its PIN or one-time code to another person.
- Keep the payment reference until the deposit appears in your balance.
Payment sent, but the balance has not changed?
Check both your bank or wallet status and the transaction history in your OKEBET account. Do not immediately send the same payment again.
- Still pending: keep the reference and follow the status shown by the payment provider.
- Debited but not credited: contact player-site support with the reference, amount, time and a screenshot with personal details covered.
- Failed or reversed: check the provider’s record before trying again.
